Online Registration/Renewal of All TUK Clubs, Societies and Professional Association Chapters
In order to streamline management, recognition and posterity of the above mentioned bodies in TU-K, all officials are hereby advised to apply for renewal and recognition of their clubs by the University.
This annual renewal process will ensure that only viable and active clubs or associations that articulate their objectives and the type of individuals that benefit from the organization are recognized. It will also guarantee use of the University’s name as well as free usage of facilities such as University space for conducting or publicizing group activities and continued use of other services and resources.
All clubs/associations chairpersons are to log on to the students’ portal and fill the group’s details online. Please note that you will be required to seek authority from the group’s patron before approval of (re)registration. Once the registration is approved, the applicants shall be able to download and print the registration certificate for relevant signatures.
The portal shall be open from Monday 7th November, 2016 at 2 pm and close on Friday 18th November, 2016. Please note that all existing clubs, associations and professional chapters that will not have complied by the deadline shall be de-registered.
