The Association of Engineering Students, AES, invites students and staff from The Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Technology (FEST), Faculty of Social Sciences and Technology (FSST) and Faculty of Applied Sciences and Technology (FAST) to a non-technical nuclear energy talk presented by Kenya Nuclear Energy Board, KNEB and Axis Energy Advantage, Canada to discuss the Fundamentals of Nuclear Power, Challenges and Opportunities and the Kenya’s Journey towards Nuclear Power; The benefits of nuclear power for Kenya and achievements of the nuclear power programme in the country. Further discussion will also include the overall outlook of nuclear energy and opportunities that exists around the world. The event will go down at the main hall on Monday 17th, 2017 from 1:30-4:30 Pm. Please sign up if you wish to attend.
